Nu-Soul Magazine and Redlight Special Events have teamed up to bring you a very special event in honor of the 2009 Urban Alternative Category. This year's nominees include Janelle Monae, Chrisette Michele, Kenna, Wayna, and Maiysha.
In order to support this category and build community within the Urban Alternative community, we would like to invite you to this special networking event hosted by nominees Wayna, Maiysha, and Kokayi.
This is event will be held at the ultra-chic Blue Velvet Lounge in downtown LA from 7pm-10pm with a special hosted Blue Velvet Martini Bar from 7pm-8pm
Come have a drink, eat some dinner, and meet everyone who is working to build our community in a mutually supportive environment. HAVE YOUR BUSINESS CARDS READY!
Music will be provided by Strictly Social residents DJ Destroyer and Myxzlplix.
