I Am Featured in Ed Freeman Underwater Photo Exhibit - Sept 10, 2011

 

Ed Freeman, one of my absolute favorite photographers to work with, is unveiling his new exhibit on September 10 showcasing his magnificent underwater photography. Photoshoot with Body Studies

So here they are. Some of my shots from my shoot with Mr. Fritz aka Body Studies Photo. We took a ride about an hour north of LA to El Mirage which is a dry lake bed outside of Palmdale. It was definitely a beautiful location to get some very serene shots. Enjoy!

I am shooting with T.I. Photography in Miami

So what's all this operation Miami business that I have been tweeting about? Well I am headed to Miami next week for the annual Winter Music Conference. You know you need to look good in Miami so that is a given but while I am there I will be shooting with Philip Brown aka TI Photography! This dude knows how to shoot black men and he only shoots the buffest most muscular black men around. So I have been going super hard at the gym to get that proper TI Photo look. I hit the runway this past weekend as a part of Lucratif's fashion show at Hollywood mega club The Vanguard. I got to walk in gear from Caleb Clothing, a very dope hip-hop inspired t-shirt company, that I have worked with on a Nu-Soul event in the past. Hey now! I landed another fashion show! I will be walking for streetwear brand Lucratif this Saturday night December 4, 2010 at mega Hollywood dance club the Vanguard. Behind the scenes with Artist David P. Gilmore

I seem to be on some sort of painting kick lately. Maybe I want to be a cartoon character! Who knows? But this week I collaborated with an amazing artist named David P. Gilmore. He has an incredible style where he combines a body painted model with a painted background to create a living painting of sorts. My First Headshot

I got my first set of headshots yesterday and it was a rather pleasant experience. While I don't really have major ambitions to become some huge actor I am going to start doing more background work and it was recommended that I get some. Luckily the good people at Hollywood Pro Photography did a full shoot with three shirts, each with three angles, then helped pick out the best one, retouched, edited, and printed the final shot, and gave me a disk of everything all for just $150! I would definitely say go to them if you need shots. The whole ordeal took less than 2 hours. Check out my shot below.

Fashion Shoot wiith Henning Fischer

I managed to sneak in a photoshoot last week with photographer Henning Fischer. It was a shoot to build up my portfolio with the Premiere Model Network. It had to be one of the hottest days of the year so far in Los Angeles. With temperatures soaring around 100 we wandered around abandoned train cars in the middle of the city. Good ole fun. Enjoy the early edits.

Backstage at the Hilo Clothing Fashion show

This weekend I walked in another fashion show for charity, this time it was organized by Hilo Clothing, a hip little boutique in Long Beach. It was a bunch of guys and one girl in the show. I am still waiting on some official photos from the show but wanted to post this pic from backstage with the sexy Lacey on the left and cutie-pie, Will in in the middle. Stay tuned for more pics!

Charity Swimwear/Underwear Fashion Show - Sunday March 21

I will be walking the runway for another charity Fashion show this Sunday March 21. This time the show is organized by Hilo Clothing in Long Beach, a very nice boutique that carries men's and women's clothing. I will be modeling swimwear and underwear for charity!

The show is absolutely free to attend but there will be all sorts of raffles available to support the cause, with proceeds donated to the AIDS Food Store of Long Beach.

Come out and cheer and support me! I might win some prizes myself!
